			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was struggling with importing Outlook Contacts into Vista Contacts today. First, you need to locate the &#8220;Import&#8221; button on the toolbar. If you don&#8217;t have it, click on an empty space in Contacts (it is an explorer windows essentially) and choose properties. On a &#8220;Customize&#8221; tab, choose <strong>Contacts</strong> as the template to be used with this folder. This will bring you the toolbar, which is also shown in the help pages.</p>

<p>Then, export contacts from Outlook as a CSV file. Don&#8217;t import it just yet. First, run it trough a text editor and replace <em>comma</em>s with <em>semicolons</em>. That way, Windows Contacts will be able to import it. I don&#8217;t know why is it called <strong>Comma</strong> Separated Values file then, but hey, as long is works&#8230;</p>
